Short Information :-

 The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the 2025 notification for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), including BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB. A total of 357 vacancies are available. Candidates aged 20-25 years with a bachelor’s degree are eligible. The selection process comprises a written exam on August 3, 2025, followed by physical tests and an interview. Applications are open until March 25, 2025.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Candidates are required to apply Online using the website https://upsconline.gov.in/
2. Candidates will be required to complete the Online Application Form containing four stages viz. Part-I (OTR) Profile , Part-II (Application Form), Part-III (DAF) & Part-IV (Fees, Photograph, Signature & Examination Centre Selection).
3. The photograph, uploaded by candidate should not be more than 10 days old from the start of the online application process (i.e. the application commencement date).
4. Ensure that the name of candidate and the date on which the photograph was taken are clearly mentioned on the photograph.
5. Before start filling up Online Application, a candidate must have his photograph and signature duly scanned in the .jpg format in such a manner that each file should not exceed 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB in size for the photograph and signature.
6. The Online applications (Part I, Part-II, Part-III and Part-IV) can be filled from 05th March, 2025 to 25th March, 2025 till 18:00 Hrs.
7. Candidates are strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for the last date for submission of Online Applications.
8. Applicants should not submit multiple applications.
9. Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for appointment to the post of Assistant Commandants.

3. Recent passport size color photograph (in white background)
4. Signature (in Blue/ Black Ink)
5. Date of Birth Proof: Matric / Birth Certificate (wherein DOB is mentioned)
6. Qualification Certificate along with Mark Sheets of all years / semesters
7. Candidates working in Govt. / PSU are required to apply through the proper channel and need to upload “No-Objection Certificate” from the present employer.
