- Ek se zyada post ke liye apply kar sakte hain, lekin har post ke liye alag fee deni hogi.
- Apply karne se pehle apni eligibility (योग्यता) notification me achhi tarah check kar lein.
- Mobile number aur email ID valid aur active honi chahiye, kyunki sabhi updates isi par milenge.
- Photograph recent (1 May 2025 ke baad ki) honi chahiye aur uspe aapka naam aur photo lene ki date likhi honi chahiye.
- Application form online hi submit hoga – koi bhi offline form accept nahi hoga.
- Form fill karte waqt sari details (jaise name, DOB, category, qualification) sahi-sahi bharein, kyunki baad mein correction allowed nahi hoga.
- Agar galti ho jaaye toh naya form alag mobile number aur email ID se submit kar sakte hain, lekin pehle wali fee refund nahi hogi.
- Documents (qualification, age proof, category certificate, etc.) clearly scan karke upload karein.
- Admit Card exam se ek hafte pehle PGIMER website se download karna hoga – post ya mail se nahi milega.
- Exam center me mobile phone, electronic items, jewelry, purse, etc. le jaana mana hai.
- Document verification ke waqt original documents le jana zaroori hoga.
- Agar koi galat jankari dete hain, toh selection cancel ho sakta hai, aur legal action bhi ho sakta hai.
- Result sirf PGIMER ki official website par aayega – kisi ko personal notification nahi diya jaayega.
