DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:
1. E-Mail ID (valid at least for one year). 2. Mobile No (valid at least for one year). 3. Recent passport size color photograph (in white background) 4. Signature (in Blue/ Black Ink) 5. Date of Birth Proof: Matric / Birth Certificate (wherein DOB is mentioned) 6. Thumb Print 7. Caste Certificate/EWS Certificate in the prescribed Govt. of India format issued by Competent Authority (if applicable) 8. PWD Certificates in case of Persons with Disability candidates in prescribed format.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
1. The time schedule of various activities of INI-CET 2025 is mentioned under Important Dates at the end of this document and accessible through Important Dates Tab at the online portal of INI-CET. 2. Applicants seeking reservation/relaxation benefits available for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation/relaxation. They should be in possession of all the requisite certificates in the prescribed format in support of their claim and upload the same within due dates 3. Sponsored/Foreign National candidates are not eligible for General Seats (for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Rural Area/Karnataka Domicile/North East Domicile) & vice versa. 4. Foreign Nationals shall include candidates who are NOT citizens of India. 5. The eligibility of applicants with respect to the minimum marks in aggregate in all the MBBS/BDS professional examinations will be 55% aggregate or equivalent. 6. The applicant can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD/ NETBANKING. 7. If due to any reason, application fee is paid more than once against one application form, the additional payments shall be refunded to applicants after verification & completion of examination process.
