| IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS : |
1. Candidates should note that only the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate on the date of submission of applications will be accepted by the Commission and no subsequent request for its change will be considered or granted.
2. Candidates should also note that once a Date of Birth has been claimed by them in the Online Application Form and entered in the records of the Commission for the purpose of admission to an Examination, no change will be allowed subsequently or at a subsequent examination on any ground whatsoever.
3. The candidates should exercise due care while entering their date of birth. If on verification at any subsequent stage any variation is found in their date of birth from the one entered in their Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate, disciplinary action will be taken against them by the Commission under the Rules.
4. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
5. Male divorcee/widower candidates cannot be treated as unmarried male for the purpose of their admission in IMA/INA/AFA/OTA, Chennai courses and accordingly they are not eligible for these courses.

| The Commission has established a dedicated helpline to assist the candidates during the application process. Candidates seeking clarification, guidance, or assistance related to the application process or examination details can contact the helpline no. 011-24041001. The helpline will be operational from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on all working days during the Application Window i.e. from 28.05.2025 to 17.06.2025. Applicants may utilize this service for any issues relating to the application process, including fee payment, uploading of documents, etc. |

- Submit Application Form : Once You Have Reviewed The Application Form and Made The Required Fees Payments, Submit the Final Application Form as per the Instructions Given.
