DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:

1. E-Mail ID (valid at least for one year).
2. Mobile No (valid at least for one year).
3. Recent passport size color photograph (in white background)
4. Signature (in Blue/ Black Ink)
5. Date of Birth Proof: Matric / Birth Certificate (wherein DOB is mentioned)
6. Thumb Print
7. Caste Certificate/EWS Certificate in the prescribed Govt. of India format issued by Competent Authority (if applicable)
8. PWD Certificates in case of Persons with Disability candidates in prescribed format.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

1. New User Registration: All candidates desirous of applying for NEET-PG 2025 shall be required to create an online profile of themselves to generate a UserID and Password.
2. Applicant Login: This User ID and Password so created will allow the candidate to login as an applicant for NEET-PG 2025 session and register an online application. The “Go to Application” link will allow the applicant to continue with the application submission immediately after user creation.
3. No editing in information provided shall be permissible in the application form, once edit window is over.
4. Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future exam nor refunded under any circumstances. Application once submitted can not be withdrawn.
5. Request shall not be entertained for change in date/center of examination under any circumstances. Candidates are advised not to canvass for such representation.
6. The applicant can pay the prescribed application fee through DEBIT CARD/ CREDIT CARD/ NETBANKING.
7. Syllabus: The syllabus for the exam shall comprise of subject/knowledge area as per Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by the National Medical Commission/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India.
8. Admit Card: Admit cards shall be made live on NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in on 11th June 2025.

Pay The Application Fees : If Any Fee is Applicable for the Application, Follow The Instructions to Make The Payment. Payment Can be Made Online / Offline as per the Given Steps.
Submit Application Form : Once You Have Reviewed The Application Form and Made The Required Fees Payments, Submit the Final Application Form as per the Instructions Given.
Print Final Application Form : Follow All The Instructions & After Successfully Submitting Your Application Form, Do Not Forget to Take a Printout Of The Final Submitted Form For Your Records.
