4. MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate

5. Internship Completion Certificate

6. Medical Registration Certificate (MCI/State)

7. Category Certificate (if applicable – SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD)

8. Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport)

9. Passport-size Photographs

10. Allotment Letter (during counselling/admission phase)
