| IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS : |
1. उक्त पद पर चयन के लिए बिहार पुलिस अवर सेवा आयोग द्वारा अभ्यर्थियों से ऑनलाइन (Online) आवेदन-पत्र प्राप्त किया जायेगा। एक अभ्यर्थी द्वारा मात्र एक ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र भरा जा सकता है।
2. पुरुष एवं महिला आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
3. उम्र सीमा की गणनाः– उम्र सीमा की गणना दिनांक 01.08.2024 के आधार पर की जायेगी।
4. ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के लिए वेबसाइट पर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश उपलब्ध हैं। अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि आवेदन-पत्र भरने के पूर्व सभी दिशा निर्देशों का भली-भाँति अध्ययन कर लें तथा आवेदन-पत्र भरने के क्रम में सभी सूचनाएँ सही-सही अंकित करें। यदि कोई सूचना झूठी या गलत पायी जायेगी तो आवेदन-पत्र को रद्द करने के साथ-साथ आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जायेगी।
5. अभ्यर्थी को आवेदन-पत्र एवं बैंक शुल्क के मूल्य का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। आवेदकों को भुगतान करते समय सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए और एकल आवेदन के लिए कई भुगतानों से बचना चाहिए। किसी भी मामले में सफल भुगतान के बाद आवेदन शुल्क की राशि लौटाई नहीं जायेगी। अगर बिजली या इंटरनेट की विफलता या बैंक लिंक की धीमी गति के कारण राशि की कटौती हो जाती है और पंजीकरण नहीं हो पाता है तो शुल्क राशि 07 (सात) कार्य दिवस के बाद Payment Gateway द्वारा लौटा दी जाएगी।
6. एक मोबाइल नम्बर से मात्र एक ही आवेदन-पत्र भरा जा सकेगा। आवेदन-पत्र भरते समय मोबाइल फोन अभ्यर्थी के पास होना चाहिए क्योंकि उसी मोबाइल नम्बर पर SMS के माध्यम से रजिस्ट्रेशन आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड (Password) भेजा जायेगा। यही रजिस्ट्रेशन आई०डी० एवं पासवर्ड (Password) आपके रजिस्टर्ड ई-मेल आई०डी० पर भी भेजा जायेगा।
7. आवेदक का फोटोग्राफ, रंगीन एवं दो माह के अंदर खींचा हुआ, जिसका बैक ग्राउन्ड सफेद हो, 15 से 25 kb के बीच का, .jpg/.jpeg/.gif फॉरमेट में होना चाहिए.
8. हस्ताक्षर अंग्रेजी एवं हिन्दी में (काली एवं नीली स्याही) से अलग-अलग, 15 से 25 kb के बीच का, .jpg/.jpeg/.gif फॉरमेट में, जो सफेद बैक ग्राउन्ड पर हो, ऐसे फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षरों को स्कैन कर अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है
