2. All eligibility criteria/experience/ other conditions should be fulfilled on 01/08/2024.

3. अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन समर्पित करने के क्रम में हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी हस्ताक्षर को स्कैन कर अपलोड करेंगे।

4. इंटरनेट या बैंकिग व्यवधान के लिए आयोग उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। अतः अभ्यर्थी अंतिम तिथियों का इंतेजार नहीं करेंगे एवं उसके पूर्व ही सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेंगे। साथ ही, गलत भुगतान / असफल भुगतान (Unsuccessful Payment/Transaction Status Failure/Transaction Status Pending) के लिए आयोग उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा तथा अभ्यर्थी को सुधार हेतु अतिरिक्त समय नहीं दिया जाएगा।

5. अभ्यर्थी को सुधार हेतु अतिरिक्त समय नहीं दिया जाएगा। 

6. अभ्यर्थी आवेदन-पत्र को Submit करने के पूर्व Preview देखकर संतुष्ट हो लेंगे एवं यदि कोई सुधार आवश्यक हो, तो Edit option का उपयोग कर आवश्यक सुधार करने के उपरान्त ही आवेदन-पत्र को Submit करेंगे।

7. एक अभ्यर्थी द्वारा मात्र एक ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरा जा सकता है। किसी अभ्यर्थी द्वारा एक से अधिक आवेदन पत्र एक ही पता या पता बदल कर भरे जाने की स्थिति में उनके सभी आवेदन पत्रों को अस्वीकृत्त करते हुए उनका अभ्यर्थित्त्व रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

8. सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-9667, दिनांक-20.06.2024 के आलोक में लिखित परीक्षा Online (Computer Based Test)/Offline Mode में आयोजित की जा सकती है। X. विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के दौरान कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों के द्वारा पररुपधारण (Impersonation) करने का प्रयास किया

09. अभ्यर्थी के नाम / माता का नाम / पिता का नाम / जन्मतिथि मैट्रिक या समकक्ष के प्रमाण-पत्र/अंक-पत्र के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

10. अभ्यर्थी यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि ऑनलाइन आवेदन समर्पित करते समय उनके पास सभी वांछित प्रमाण-पत्र एवं अंक पत्र मूल रुप में उपलब्ध है।

1. E-Mail ID (valid at least for one year).
2. Mobile No (valid at least for one year).
3. Scan Copy of Recent Color Passport Size Photograph.
4. Upload Signature.
5. Scan copy of Matriculation/ Birth Certificate or equivalent certificate (in original)
6. Scan copy of educational qualification certificates and/or marksheet etc. (in original)
7. Scan copy of caste/category certificate, Income & Asset certificate (for EWS), PwBD certificate and other applicable certificates (in original)
7. Copy of the Residential certificate.
8. Scan copy of full Discharge book & valid Ex-Servicemen certificate, (in original) if applicable.
9. In case of candidates already in government service, scanned copy of NOC (in original) issued from current employer.
10. Any other documents in support of the claim made in the application, as applicable.
