Why is the duration different?
All packages provide complete assistance till final submission. Duration changes only due to the mode of assistance:
• Essential : Our team fills the form directly, which makes the process faster.
• Standard : Our team fills the form while you stay connected with us for live verification and interaction.
• Premium : You fill it yourself under our live step-by-step guidance (takes the most time).
⚠️ Important Instructions & Refund Policy
- Choose the package according to your category or qualification.
- Please follow your booked slot timing strictly.
- Keep all required documents ready before slot time. For Essential and Standard packages, documents must be sent in advance.
- Slot timing can be delayed due to UPSC server issues.
- UPSC form fee payment is your responsibility.
- Refund after payment is not available unless we are unable to complete your form filling.
- If you complete the form yourself, a refund of 40% of the total amount you paid is applicable only if requested at least 2 hours before your slot time via Contact Us page with Payment ID.
- After the form has been submitted, any further services such as editing (due to applicant’s mistake) or admit card download will be charged separately.
